Interview मध्ये अडचण भाषेची नसते. प्रश्न अनपेक्षित वाटतो आणि विचार करत बसतो — तीच अडचण असते. उत्तरं तयार असतील तर भाषा आपोआप सुधारते.
1. Tell me about yourself.
आयुष्याची कहाणी नको. तीन वाक्यं: आता काय करता, आधी काय केलं, आणि पुढे काय हवं आहे. I have been working as a store supervisor for three years. Before that I handled billing at a smaller shop. Now I want a role where I also talk to customers directly.
2. Why do you want this job?
पगार हे खरं कारण असलं तरी उत्तर कामाबद्दल असावं. “This work matches what I am already good at”.
3. What is your weakness?
खरी कमजोरी सांगा, आणि त्यावर काय करत आहात ते सांगा. My English was weak, so I joined a spoken English class and now I speak with customers every day. हे उत्तर प्रामाणिक आहे आणि प्रयत्न दाखवतं.
4. Why are you leaving your current job?
आधीच्या मालकाबद्दल वाईट बोलू नका. “I have learnt what I could there. I am looking for more responsibility.”
