We want you in the right course, not just any course.
Courses
If you have attended no more than the first two live classes and tell us within 7 days of payment that the course is not right for you, we will refund you in full. After that point the enrolment is non-refundable, because the teaching has been delivered.
Ebooks, audiobooks and downloads
Digital downloads are non-refundable once accessed, as they cannot be returned. Take the free level test or ask us on WhatsApp before buying if you are unsure.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Cancellation by us
If we cancel a batch and cannot offer you a suitable alternative, you receive a full refund.
